Michael started his working career in film-making then went into Public Relations. He started his first successful business venture in 1980 in electronics. In the 1990s he started a company in China, and has done business development and public relations with other companies in the medical, government, hospital and retail industries.
After 39 years and several start-ups, he knows the ups and downs of small businesses and since 2000 has been consulting and coaching small businesses and individuals.
He writes about issues crucial to a small business owner, with an eye to finding both success and balance between life and work.
